We Do Recover at The Blakehay

Last night we performed We Do Recover to a full house at The Blakehay in Weston-super-Mare. Our cast and crew put in some wonderful and moving performances, we've already received some very touching feedback.

Thanks to everyone who came and to everyone involved for all their hard work! We're fortunate that the performance has been filmed so we're looking forward to watching the DVD and sharing it with those that couldn't make it.

We're very fortunate to be featured as the subject of Humans of Weston this week:

The cast and crew of We Do Recover were interviewed and photographed for this inspiring Facebook project which puts a Weston-spin on the hugely popular Humans of New York project.

This was a great opportunity to talk about our work and some of the challenges we've faced - as well as the rewards. And, if you've not booked yet, remember that you can get tickets for We Do Recover at:

Talent Showcase a Huge Success!

Saturday night at the Princess, seven talented acts played and sung their best in the hopes of winning a slot at Sat in a Field. The lucky winners were the wonderful duo now known as The Crafters - Corin & Abi.
Winners Corin & Abby
The whole evening was a wonderful success thanks to the staff and volunteers of The Princess and to Graham & Clive of GC Sound & Light. We're immensely grateful for their kind support, the showcase wouldn't have happened without them.

In addition to two hours of fabulous entertainment, the showcase also raised over £500 for Somewhere House Somerset and The Princess.

Thanks to all the acts that took part, our compere Mike, our discerning industry judges and the whole audience for their enthusiastic support.

For more pictures and details, take a look at our Talent Showcase page.
